How to Submit Testimony

Voice your opinion on topics within the Committee.

TESTIFY AT A HEARING
Testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per witness and 5 minutes for a panel of witnesses. Those wishing to testify should contact Ms. Jennifer Barry of the Committee on Health via email at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it or by phone at (202) 724-8170 and shall provide their names, contact information, and organizational affiliation, if any, by the date and time indicated on the hearing notice. Witnesses shall bring 15 copies of their statement to the hearing. All submitted testimony will be available in the Committee following the hearing.

SUBMIT WRITTEN TESTIMONY

Members of the public may submit written testimony which will be made part of the official record. Copies of written statements should be submitted by the date and time indicated on the hearing notice and addressed to:
